[WTO Moot Court Competition of 2020] Announcement on the New Rules

A.    Prohibition on the Outside Assistance to Teams

Each Team must research, write, edit, and develop its own legal and factual arguments without the assistance of persons who are not Team Members. Any Team that receives outside assistance may be penalized and may be disqualified from the Competition.

B.    Prohibition on the Distribution of Draft Submissions

Before Written Submissions are submitted, Teams may not distribute their Draft Submissions to anyone who is not a registered Team Member or a registered Team Advisor. Registered Team Advisors may provide feedback on Draft Submissions at any time provided they abide by Article 2.3 of General Rules and Guidelines for the WTO Moot Court Competition of 2020 with respect to the permissible advice that can be given to the Team.
